Copy to Sharepoint in one click (predefining values)
Is it possible to make a button in Outlook for custom actions like:
Copy the email to SharePoint with one click predefining to what location and with which values the culomns must be filled.
I have to add files to the same location with the same values many times a day and I want to make my life easier.

Thank you for your inquiry.
you cannot create a customize button in OnePlaceMail. However, you can give default values for Columns in SharePoint then use drag & drop procedure to move/copy emails to SharePoint.
you can also add SharePoint locations to your Favourites. please click on the link below on how to add locations are your favourites.
