The selected view could not be shown due to SharePoint throttling
Warning: The selected view could not be shown due to SharePoint throttling. Reverted to the "Explorer View" in order to show content.
We have an email library setup for OPM. For some folders (customer or supplier) the number of emails saved are more than 5,000 however we understand the throttling issue and created many different views (for example last 1 year emails only) so that lower number of emails can be seen in the view. We even made "OPMView01Year" with specific columns. However when we open the OPM in outlook and go to that folder, instead of bringing the result of the "OPMView01Year" which has less than 300 emails but still OPM throws the warning and switches to "Explorer View" which shows the content but not useful for the users.
OPM must handle this scenario in one of the following ways:
1. Only show the content of the selected view correctly if the items are less than 5,0002. If OPM is switching to its hardcoded "Explorer View" by downloading the content from SharePoint then it should also download the related columns and show it accordingly.
Otherwise the view is useless for the users and defeats the purpose of using OPM.

We encounter the same problem.
We also created an Index on column "Email Date Sent" to filter on a daterange (e.g. [today]-365), which works perfect in SharePoint itself.
But in OnePlaceMail/OnePlaceDocs we receive this very annoying error which makes OnePlace completely useless in some projects.
