Productivity tools exception
Hi all, i'm in the process of evaluating OPM 6.6 for my organization, my test bed is a fresh Win 7 SP1 install with the latest updates and office 2010 again with all the latest updates both 64 bit. OPM productivity tools install completes fine but on launching word the following exception.
The type initializer for 'Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.Core.OPMGlobalApplicationInfo' threw an exception.

Can you please un-install Productivity Tools, and install OnePlaceMail then reinstall the Productivity tools on the machine.

just to add to my previous post, our test SharePoint environment is cloud based in windows azure, after further testing on another client virtual machine i'm gettiing the same exception, so i'm starting to think this is related to the azure environment. Does OPM support azure cloud environments?

Yes the same error is present for excel, powerpoint and word.
Installed:
Windows 7 Enterprise N SP1 x64
Office Professional Plus x64
Prod Tools x64
VS 2010 tools for office runtime x64
.Net framework 4.5.1

Thank you for your inquiry.
Can you please confirm whether this error appears when opening Excel/Powerpoint?
Also, could you please confirm you have installed Productivity Tools for 64bit or 32bit. Please note this is based on Office, rather than Windows.
