OPM doesn't show hierarchy of available terms for any managed meta-data term set when saving e-mail to SharePoint
When saving e-mail from Outlook 2013, field with additional managed meta-data doesn't show hierarchy of possible values within the termset (by selecting "Browse available values" button). Automatic search in available values works well so if I start to type in the term which I know in advance that it's included in the term set the autocomplete finds the value.

James,
Can you help me on this one please? Is there any specific configuration which has to be done on the SP2013 side to have the "Browse available values" functionality working? I've tried to use the OPM logging to debug the problem but even that doesn't seem to give me more insight into this problem. As mentioned the autocomplete finds the terms, it's just this specific option where they are not visible.
Thank you.

James,
To your first reply: Unfortunately this didn't solve the issue.
To your second reply: 1. SharePoint 2013, 2. Yes, 3. Yes
Thank you very much for your help.

Moris,
Can you also confirm:
Are you using SharePoint 2010 or SharePoint 2013?Is this occurring for all Managed Metadata Columns? Is this occurring for all users?

Go to the SharePoint Terms & Taxonomy storeSelect the Managed Metadata anchor pointAdd a ‘dummy/test’ Term Remove the ‘dummy/test’ Term
Test the type ahead again via OnePlaceMail and let me know the result.James
