Email date changes
When transferring an email item to sharepoint the em date doesn't reflect the actual date the em was recieved. What is the interplay between the em date and the regional list settings (UK Time), the server hardware (GMT 0) and SharePoint (GMT+8) on how the em date is dispalyed. Currently changing the regional time setting changes the em date on some emails, but not others. This is a problem for our Eurpean users, but okay for users in NA.

Hi Greg
The EmDate is based on the date in the specific email - ie: if it is a sent email, it is based on the sent date & if the email was received, it is based on the date received, or for a draft email, the Emdate is based on the date the draft was created.
This was implemented to avoid three separate columns displaying each, Sent / Received/ Draft.
You can add these as separate columns if required.
Please let me know if you have further queries.
Kind regards
Elissa
