Problem saving documents to SharePoint
Hi,
I am getting below error while saving email attachment to document library:
"There was problem refreshing OPM recent locations. Cannot create the folder"
The documents gets uploaded/copied correctly. But keep on getting the above error whenever I copy documents to SharePoint.
Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Vish

Hi Vishwanath,
Thanks for the confirmation, I'm glad it works fine now.
Could you please check the following:
1) The user is allowed to create new folders inside his/her personal mailbox (under Inbox folder).
2) The user can successfully manage My OnePlaceMail folders (OnePlaceMail tab - Manage My OnePlaceMail Folders button) and save changes.
Please update this topic with the results. Thank you.

Thanks a ton
Ah ha! Turning off the “show recent locations in navigation tree” option appears to have worked – I saved an attachment without getting the error message. I would prefer to be able to use that option though if possible – saves an extra 3 or 4 clicks navigating through the trees. could you please let me know how to get rid of the error with show recent locations in navigation tree selected.
Thanks again

Hi Vishwanath,
thanks for the update.
Could you please clear recent location:

and verify the issue? If you are not using recent locations, please turn this feature off.
Could you please also check do you have an appropriate level of access to create folders inside your personal mailbox?
