Error reported :

"an error occured attempting to install Scinaptic OnePlaceMail"

Unable to locate application file "FileToWSSOutlookAddInSetup-x86.msi"

My Environment:

o365 enterprise

    Could you please check that both setup.exe and "FileToWSSOutlookAddInSetup-x86.msi" files are located in the same folder after extraction from zip:

    If both files are there, please redownload oneplacemail-express-edition-6-1-1.zip from our site, extract it (don't run setup.exe directly from zip file!) and try to install OnePlaceMail again.
