Some document library folders do not appear in One Place Mail
Some folders in a document library does not appear when user tries to save an email to SharePoint using OPM. The user has contribute access to the library. Other folders are all listed and they all have the same permissions. Once the user opens the folder from SharePoint through IE, the new folders appear in OPM too. Is this a known issue. OPM release number : 7.2

Thank you for your inquiry.
Can you please confirm whether these document libraries use the default library template, or have a custom template ID?
If they have been created with a different template ID,you will need to carry out a config_update.xml with stating the the custom template ID.
