Sync incoming emails from Outlook to SharePoint list or document library automatically
Hi, I've just downloaded the Trial Version of this product. Does this product also have the ability to sync incoming emails from Outlook to SharePoint list or document library automatically?
Thanks

Hi Ken,
This seems to be a slightly different issue.
Can you please confirm the data file location, in OnePlaceMail settings, Outlook tab?
The PST should not be creating any subfolders, other than the recents, and favourite entries.
If you could provide a screenshot, that would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards
Elissa

Same question. Using full version trial. I have a OnePlaceMail.pst file but the only "locations" in it are "Favorites", "Recent", "Recovered..", and Search Folders.
When I try to move an email to a Favorite which is a OnePlaceMail document library, I get the message "OnePlaceMail Folders cannot be created...You are either using...".
I am not using it on multiple machines nor am I "trying to add oneplacemail folders directly in Outlook."
It also continues to create a new "Infected Items1", "Infected Items2" and so on.
Input?

Hi Noel
Thank you for your inquiry.
OnePlaceMail does not offer a automatic synchronisation to SharePoint, as the user may require to add additional metadata when saving the email, or file to SharePoint.
This is a feature that is currently on our product backlog.
A possible workaround is to use Outlook rules to move emails to the Sharepoint location, as it appears in the OnePlaceMail pst file.
Kind regards
Elissa
