Library and list for retrieving extra info
Hello,
I have installed the a trial of 30-days of oneplacemail.
It is very usefull but I am facing some difficulties and i would like your help.
I have created a list and i have configured all the columns as the manual describes, in order to get extra info from the email, like sender, receiver,etc.
The emails are stored to a document library and all the columns that i have created and selected inside this library are shown correctly. But the other info with the list does not work.
please reply to me of how can move

This has been resolved via a screen share.
We recreated the column mapping and were able to capture the email attributes in the document library.
