Only one Content Type option available

Hi,

The destination SP 2013 document library has several content types associated to it. However, only one content type shows in the dropdown of the Save to SharePoint dialog in Outlook. Could you please advise why this might be?

    Yes, these need to be set to visible for OnePlaceMail to display them in the dialogue box.

    No, only one content type is set to visible. Is it mandatory to have it as visible? Because from the context of the end user in SharePoint, it does not make sense for some of these content types to be available as part of the new button.

    Can you please confirm whether these content types are set to be visibile in the new button in SharePoint?

    Library Settings, 'Change New Button order and default content type'.
