I have OnePlaceMail installed and EVERY time I send an email I get a dialog box asking me if I want to add the email to SharePoint is there a setting area that I can turn the prompt off in?

Hi Omar
Thank you for your inquiry.
Can you please confirm whether the add in is enabled via Outlook - File - Options - Add ins - Manage COM Add-ins.If OnePlaceMail is not selected, please select this here.
Please let me know how you go.
Kind regards

For some reason I have OnePLaceMail installed, but do not see the ONePLaceMAil in my toolbar. All I see is the OnePlaceMail in the outlook tree on the left side.

Hi Jodee
You are able to get to the settings via the OnePlaceMail menu in Outlook:

Hi Jodee
This setting can be turned off.
Please go to OnePlaceMail Settings --> Outlook --> Prompt to 'Save to SharePoint' when sending an email.
Please then close/restart Outlook for this setting to take effect.
Kind regards
