Do you mean Enterprise Metadata and Keywords Settings in the list settings?

Hi Tony
The trial should be fine, sorry I meant contribute permissions on the SharePoint list. This is set directly in Sharepoint, via the list settings.

I followed the steps in how to create a custom list and add the license key item in the list. then copy the url and paste it in licensing tab.
What do you mean with contribute?

Hi Tony,
Thanks for adding the screenshot.
Could you please ensure you have 'Contribute' permissions to this list in Sharepoint.
Kind regards

Hi Tony
Could you please confirm you are using the same set of credentials to log into your machine, as to your SharePoint site.
If your SharePoint site requires different credentials, please add this to the tab in OnePlaceMail Settings --> Credentials.
Also, could you please provide a screen shot of any error you are receiving
Kind regards
Elissa
