Preview feature not working for images
Hi experts,
We like the new preview feature from the "Outlook view" in the newest release of OnePlaceMail 6.5 a lot. But unfortunately we encounter an issue concerning this feature. When we want to see a preview of a .docx, .xlsx or .pdf, everything works fine.... But for .jpg or .png it does not show anything. In stead of the preview we hoped for, it says: "no preview available for this file type". I think we managed the setting correctly. Does anyone have an idea how we can solve this issue?

Thank you for your inquiry.
Currently image files are not supported for preview.
However this is included as a consideration for future release.
When anything changes within this area, we will update this query.
