How do I fix this error message with OnePlaceMail in Outlook?

There was a problem refreshing OnePlaceMail recent locations

The type initializer for 'Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.Core.RecentsConfiguration' threw an exception.

Application: Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.Core

Method: Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.Core.RecentsConfiguration get_Instance()

Stack Trace: at Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.Core.RecentsConfiguration.get_Instance()

at FileToWSSOutlookAddIn.ThisAddIn.RefreshRecentOutlookFoldersFromConfigFile(Boolean isStartup)

I saw on another similar thread that clicking 'clear recent locations' in the settings fixes this, but the the add-in for Outlook doesn't seem to function at this point - I can't get to the settings for OPM. And, a uninstall/reinstall doesn't seem to make a difference at this point.

    Please close outlook,

    Nrowse to C:\users\\appdata\roaming\OnePlace Solutions

    please remove all the xml files here.

    Please reopen Outlook, and advise if the add in is now appearing.
