OnePlaceMail installed but no longer accessible through outlook
OnePlaceMail has recently stopped working on my laptop. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times but it just won't show up in the outlook toolbars. Has anyone had this issue before and can shed some light as to why it's stopped working? Does the free version have a limit to how much mail can be sent to sharepoint?

Hi Ronnette
Please refer to the following articles, depending on which version of Office you have installed:

If you do not receive any errors, can you please follow the instructions here:

Please update this thread if these do not resolve the issue.
Kind regards

Hi Elissa,
I don't have the above description in my disabled items. I have one for ConnectWise, one for TeamViewer and one that says mssphtb.dll
Any other ideas? If I go to the addins that are active it's not currently showing there, however if I go to programs I can see it there. It seems to be just the outlook addin that isn't being installed properly.

Hi Ronette
Thank you for your inquiry.
In Outlook please select File, Options, Add ins, in the drop down box labelled Manage COM Addins, please select 'Disabled Items'
Can you please confirm whether FileToWSSOutlookAddin is appearing here? If so, please enable this.
Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.
Kind regard
Elissa
