Automatic storage of emails to Sharepoint 2013
Hi everybody !
How do I make my personal emails (personal outlook) saved/stored directly (without any human effort ) to Sharepoint ? Hence, everytime I recieve an email, I want this email to be saved and stored to SP without having to Drag and Drop it or use a Send to SP button.

Hi Elissa,
thanks for your reply. So if I understand you correctly, I can have my email moved to a Oneplacemail library in the traditional way that Oneplacemail moves emails (i.e To, From, Body ) and through this process I won't be able to Change the metadata; Is this correct ?
Or I completly lose the moving Feature (with metadata) of oneplacemail ?

Hi Henri
You could set up a rule in Outlook to move items to a specific document library. You would need to turn off any OnePlaceMail prompts, and also note that any additional metadata won't be set
