Search and Launch ribbon buttons just open Favorites folder in OPM data file
I'm running Outlook 2016 (16.0.4738.1000, 32bit) and have installed the latest OnePlaceMail Lite (7.9.0). (We're looking to replace our in-house email filing solution with a SharePoint/OPM solution.)
Having configured the relevant URLs neither the Search button nor any of the Launch actions do anything but open the top-level folder labelled "-Favorites-" in the OnePlaceMail data file, with an empty items list and reading pane.
When choosing locations from the "-Favorites-" list I get the same result.
I've used the express and full versions of OPM in a previous job and, if I remember correctly, these are all supposed to open in a browser window within Outlook.
FYI my HKCU EnableRoamingFolderHomepages registry key is set to 1 as I have a folder in my primary data file that points to an internal group calendar site.
The following is logged when clicking "Search" or choosing an entry from the "Launch" dropdown:
2019-04-16 15:42:21:656,636910261416564457,4,1,"Outlook","StartMethod-GetRootSharepointFolder"
2019-04-16 15:42:21:671,636910261416717877,4,1,"Outlook","StartCodeLoop-GetRootSharepointFolder - Find Root Folder in Outlook"
2019-04-16 15:42:21:673,636910261416737876,4,1,"Outlook","EndCodeLoop-GetRootSharepointFolder - Find Root Folder in Outlook"
2019-04-16 15:42:21:674,636910261416747857,4,1,"Outlook","EndMethod-GetRootSharepointFolder"
Also, the following is logged when clicking the "Launch" button to open the dropdown, which seems odd as I don't have OnePlaceDocs installed:
2019-04-16 15:46:07:911,636910263679111605,4,1,"Outlook","ErrorOccurred-Error reading registry key-Object reference not set to an instance of an object.- at Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.Core.ProductInfoBase.GetRegistryKeyValue(String regKeyName, String regKeyValueName)"
2019-04-16 15:46:07:915,636910263679151667,4,1,"Outlook","DataOutput-regKeyName=SOFTWARE\OnePlace Solutions\OnePlaceDocs"
2019-04-16 15:46:07:918,636910263679181597,4,1,"Outlook","Data_Output-regKeyValueName=productVersion"
I've tried re-installing and properly cleaning up the data file, registry keys, app data, etc., between installs, but it makes no difference. I've also disabled all other add-ins to be sure.
Any suggestions?

Hi Mike
Apologies for the delay, we'll test this out and let you know the outcome
Kind regards

The full version (trial) of OnePlaceMail works OK, so this issue seems limited to OnePlaceMail Lite.

I've just done a clean Windows 10 (1809) and Office 2016 install, with a brand new profile, and get the same results.
