    yes it's listed and checked in. meaning it's not checked out if that's what you mean.

    getting same issue with SharePoint Foundation 2013. had to delete All Minimal View. For Outlook to browse to it.

    yes the OPM master page was always there.

    Ok found work around for this issue. I deleted the All Minimal View in sharepoint. After this Outlook could then browse to it. https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/937842/AllMinimaldeletedtogettowork.png?1375897868

    Installed OPM client on fresh computer. Same issues. Maybe sharepoint issue with OPM client? Sharepoint works fine natively.

    yes custom mapping removed. also just uploading inbox/sent items no large emails with large attachments. same issue.

    No work around found yet. I have even snapshot back my servers: Sharepoint/SQL and started over. Already sent my log file and xml configuration files. Have yet to use another computer with Outlook. Will report back.
