: Copied oneplacedocsadobeplugin from another pc to her plugin location and the issue was resolved. Plugin is not writing to the folder with dc standard install. Zeeshan verified the issue and is brining it up to the oneplace development team. Workaround is to copy api file from another machine.

    Hi Elissa,

Tried reinstalling adobe and that did not resolve the issue. I copied the plugins but they still did not populate in adobe. Is standard incompatible or something? Thanks!

    Hi Elissa,

No luck on reinstalling adobe or copying plugin. Is it not compatible with standard or something?

    Hi Elissa,

Reinstalling adobe did not work. The plugins listed below are not in the folder structure and there is nothing at all in the reader folder. Will this function not work with standard? I thought it was compatible but Please advise and thank you for the help.

    Hi Elissa,

I tried to reinstall adobe but I still didn't have any luck seeing the ribbon. There are no plugins in the folder structure and the reader folder is empty. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Elissa

I have already upgraded to DC but no luck. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Oneplace after I upgraded to Adobe DC Standard. Any other ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I have a user that is missing the one place docs tab in Adobe DC Standard. She had that tab on reader but when I upgraded her it disappeared. I have tried reinstalling oneplace but it does not populate in Adobe. Please Advise.
