How to avoid internal Exchange values in to and from email address metadata mapping
Hi, While evaluating OPM i have discovered an issue with metadata mapping.
The EmToAddress and EmFrom metadata mappings produce strange internal exchange values like: "/o=first organization/ou=exchange administrative group (fydibohf23spdlt)/cn=recipients/cn=userf9".
I think you should make a coupple of new metadata mapping called EmToAddressSMTP and EmFromSMTP that allways produce propper email adresses like: " http://mailto:person@company.domain "
These internal exchange values ar just garbage to users and not serch friendly.

Hi
An update to this suggestion, it is possible to capture the SMTP details of the sender, including BCC & CC. These columns are also available as part of the email content type included in the sandbox solution.
Including these columns result in the capture of (e.g) mailto:person@company.domain
Kind regards

Hi Søren,
thank you for reporting this problem.
This email format (X.400) is used when recepeint(s) and sender are members of the same organization. If email was sent to/from external domain, email address will be in usual web-format.
This feature (converting from X.400 to web-format) is already planned and will be available in one of the next OnePlaceMail releases.
Hope this will help. Thank you.
