Client javascript error in Outlook 2016, OPM R7.3

Any pointers for javascript error "unable to get property 'childNodes' of undefined or null reference"? Getting this when try to attach Excel files from SharePoint library. Running Win10/Office2016/OPM R7.3

    Yes - only when using "Insert from SharePoint", and it appears to be only for Excel files? (atleast Word, PowerPoint and PDF files don't cause this error)

    Thanks for adding the screenshot.

    Are you able to confirm if you see this error when you view the location via the PST in Outlook? (Does it only happen when trying to Insert from SharePoint" )
