"Invalid text value" error when saving email
We have a user who is getting an error with saving a file. The error is "Invalid text value".
This doesn't occur for all emails, some are fine.
The email seems to save correctly, even though the error seems to indicate that save has failed.
I have tried saving the same email, and have also received the same error.
The filename of the email is short and doesn't contain any special characters.

These were not in the original content type. These have been introduced in the last 12-18 months.

Thanks Eliza, there were a few that weren't multiline and that fixed the issue.
Nb I didn't have the SMTP variants - is it possible that these weren't around a few years ago?

Could you please confirm the EmConversationIndex column is multi-line...
Other columns that should be multi line are
EmBcc
EmCc
EmFromName
EmConversationID
EmConversationIndex
Email To Address
Email To SMTP Address
Email From SMTP Address
Email CC SMTP Address
Email Bcc SMTP Address

I noticed the issue may lie ina number of columns eg the KB suggests the email attachment names column ...

As communicated separately by email, you advised that the Email Conversation index (EmConversationIndex) column should be changed from Single line of text to Multiple line of text.
Once changed this allowed the email to be saved as required.

Good thinking, however, I have just checked and the "Email To" field is set to "Multiple lines of text".
Is that the right field?

The column may be set to a single line of text, which has a maximum of 255 characters.
Can you please try to change this to multiple line of text, and try to upload the same email.

Yes, in the example email there are multiple recipients in the To field, including email address groups, and individuals.
