Script Error Object doesn't support property or method IsFirstUseThisSession

I'm getting the an error (image attached) when clicking on the OnePlaceMail folders in the navigation bar in Outlook2013. They are connected to O365 (sharepoint online) this is a demo version of OPM.

Any ideas?

    Hi Anthony

    Can you please try to reinstall the add in.

    It appears a COM object wasn't installed correctly at time of installation.
