Cannot access a closed stream

Some users are getting the error 'Cannot access a closed stream' when moving emails to a SharePoint location. We are using SP 2010 and Outlook 2010

    Can you please enable logging on OnePlaceMail, Via OnePlaceMail Settings, and carry out the steps to generate this error.
