Error during installation

When installing OnePlace Mail Lite I get an error:

Setup Failed. One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup. For more information see the log file.

0x80070490 - Element not found.

I also have a log file if needed.

    I have a duplicate call open!

    apologies.

    I have 32 bit Office 2010 currently installed

    and would like to test the Lite version

    Apologies for the delayed response.

    Can you please try via the following link. This link provides an msi file to install the software.

    Can you please confirm whether you are have 64 or 32 bit office installed?

    Can you please confirm if you intended on installing the Lite version or full version of OnePlaceMail

    As an update to this issue:

    As a workaround for this issue, please use the following link to install the Microsoft Visual Studio Tool for Office (VSTO) prior to installing OnePlaceSolutions suite.

    Thank you for this information.

    Can you please ensure the pre-requisites are installed,

    1. .NetFramework Full client

    2. Microsoft VSTO for office 2010.

    Can you please restart your PC, and try to reinstall Lite?
