Capturing metadata of emails already stored in SharePoint
Is there a way of Capturing the Email sent date of MSG files that already exist in SharePoint? I have a document library with tens of thousands of emails so I rather not have to re-import then into SharePoint.

Has this changed? If not, how do you re-import? I tried drag and drop into OPD explorer, but the email didn't import with the OnePlace columns filled in (I selected the proper document type). New emails are working fine.

Currently the only option is to re-import .msg files from Outlook into SharePoint to capture emails' metadata.
