Send and File not working
When one of our users clicks on Send and File the email sends and but no save window appears to file the email. Is there any one else that has had this issue? Using OnePlaceSolutions 7.1 and have uninstalled and reinstalled and also ran a repair on Office 2013

Sorry I missed this one. The send & file is set to show the save window, once the email lands in the user's sent items. If this takes longer than 45seconds then the window will not appear. This timeout can be extended through the Configuration Profile setting. The item to configure is 'Time threshold for 'Save to SharePoint' prompt on sent emails.

Hi Elissa,
Is enabling cache mode the only option to make this work? We have a large percentage of users in Citrix and using cached mode isn't an option for them.

As per our discussion, enabling cache mode in Outlook resolves this issue.
