Error when adding video content to library

When adding video content to an Asset Library, I receive either an access denied or a file not found error. The file is actually stored in the library, but none of the metadata fields I choose are populated. I've tried multiple video formats with the same result.

We're on SP 2013 with Enterprise 6.6.1 installed.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

    I have tested uploading a video to an asset library, and could not reproduce the scenario you have mentioned.

    Could you please add a screenshot of this issue?
