    Hi Elissa, thanks for the reply.

    Here's a copy of the config_update.xml. It's straight out of the Administrator guide:

    <configuration>

    <outlook>

    <filenameMethod action="delete"/>

    <filenameMethod value="custom" customFileFormat="CompanyPrefix_[subject]_[sendername]_[uniquehash]" action="insert"/>

    </outlook>

    </configuration>

    The config.xml is being updated with the new value, but the filename still comes up as the default.
