Licence transfer of free express OnePlaceMail to another server
My company is using OnaPlaceMail for SharePoint since last year. We are now migrating to a new server environment but the OnaPlaceMail software is showing me that the free licence is already at the max and we cannot use it on new users anymore. Is it possible to migrate the licence to a new server because we are planing to shutdown the old server environment? Only about 10 users are using OnePlaceMail and we want to delete the licence for the users that don’t use the software anymore and later we want to migrate the licence of the users that use OnePlaceMail to the new server. I know from FAQ that you can transfer licenses if a users doesn't want to use OnePlacemail but is my case the same?
Thank you and kind regards

Hi Ivica
Thank you for your inquiry.
As the OnePlaceMail licence is based on a list ID on the server, you will need to request a new license to be issued for the new SharePoint server.
If you would like to remove users from the existing list, please browse to your licence list on SharePoint, and manually remove the users who are no longer using OnePlaceMail. Please follow these steps for a new licence key:
1. Create new list on new SharePoint site http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0077.html
2. Obtain new list ID http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0063.html
3. Email mailto:customerservice@scinaptic.com with new List ID
4. Attach new key. {step 3} http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0068.html
5. Update your client installations with new List URLKind regards
