Add in isuue Outlook 2013
We are running 6.6.1 in outlook 2013. Every time we close and reopen outlook the add-in has unloaded itself. This is happening only on machines running Outlook 2013. We then need to go to add-ins and re-enable it. Do you have any idea how to resolve this?

Could you please check the registry settings for the add in, and check the load behaviour is set to 3.
Registry location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\FileToWSSOutlookAddIn

Thanks for your reply. I have done the above.
1. Enabling VSTO on both machine brings no alerts
2. I have used the exe on one machine and msi on the other again to no avail.
3. One machine I'm not sure if it was upgraded but the other was a clean install of office.
One thing I have noted is that the add-in show as no "manufacturer" in the add-ins part of Outlook. Could this contribute to the issue?
I have looked through the event logs and again nothing to give me a pointer.

Could you please advise if you are used the .exe or .msi to install the software?
Also, could you please advise if you have recently upgraded Office on these machines.
