    Thanks for your reply. I have done the above.

    1. Enabling VSTO on both machine brings no alerts

    2. I have used the exe on one machine and msi on the other again to no avail.

    3. One machine I'm not sure if it was upgraded but the other was a clean install of office.

    One thing I have noted is that the add-in show as no "manufacturer" in the add-ins part of Outlook. Could this contribute to the issue?

    I have looked through the event logs and again nothing to give me a pointer.
