Error in XML document when viewing Location Content

Hi there

My situation arises when I am in Outlook and I try to save an email to SharePoint.

I click on the library I want to save to and get an error in the Location Content tab for that library. It says "There is an error in XML document (259,2068)."

Can you help with what this error might mean or where I should be looking to solve it?

    Hi Brent

    Are you able to provide some further infomation to assist with troubleshooting.

    Could you please advise if this error appears consistently when attempting to save to SharePoint, and whether it appears on only one document library.

    Hi again Elissa,

    My client has also found the same error with another library. I have another log and screenshot so have sent it through to the same address as I sent the previous log. Please can you confirm that you have received the two logs that have now been sent.

    Thanks so much for the added information.

    Are you able to turn on logging in OnePlaceMail to assist in pinpointing what might be going on.

    To do this please go to the OnePlaceMail tab in Outlook --> Settings --> Outlook and tick the "Enable application Logging" (support)

    Could you then please reproduce the error, and return to the above location and select the "Open Log File Location"

    Could you then please send the log file to mailto:customerservice@scinaptic.com

    Are you able to provide some further information? -

    What version do you have installed?

    Can you also try to upload a document directly in SharePoint, where you are receiving this error - please let me know the result.

    Also if you could provide any screen shots that would be great.
