FIPS error

I'm getting this error: Has anyone seen it before?

Error: This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms.

We are FIPS enabled environment. What do we need to do to fix this.

    I tried Harmon one and it had the same problem. Our sharepoint servers are not FIPS enabled, but our workstations are. We need that to meet corporate security requirements. FIPS does not work on sharepoint, but it must be causing an issue when a fips enabled device tries to connect to a non-fips enable server.

    Thank you for the added information. Are you able to advise if you have any other VSTO add-ins for your Outlook, and if so whether any similar issues have arisen out of this?

    We have not come across this issue previously. Are you able to provide some more information to assist with troubleshooting.

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the error as it appears, and or advise at what point this message appears for you (at opening Outlook or when trying to copy/move an item via OnePlaceMail.
