Outlook hangs after short time if OnePlaceMail is installed.

Have tested on Win7/OL2010 and Win8/OL2013. Both hang.

Seems to start OK and can use features but after a while OL completely hangs. The PC/other apps continue OK. Only way out is to 'End task' in task manager.

Any ideas

    Parallels VM's on Max OS X 10.8.2

    Have been using Win7 & OL2010 for over a year without issue. It has MS BCM Add-in loaded

    Win8 and OL2013 was installed to test to no add-ins.

    Everything up to date in all cases.

    No AV on either

    Could you please provide additional details regarding your environment?

    Are these standalone PCs or Citrix/VMs?

    What antivirus do you use?

    Do you have any other Outlook add-ins installed?
