Default outlooking searching of OnePlaceMail - how does it work?
Hi
I am starting to use the OnePlaceMail Express edition 6.3 on outlook 2010.
My question is around using the default outlook search (Not the oneplacemail search)
I can see it returns most results for old mail, but is there a time delay for newly stored email. I checked to see if searching for a recently stored email returned in a search result and it did not, even though I can see the mail if I browse to it in the OnePlaceMail folders.
So how does the indexing work, is it sharepoint or my outlook client that is performing the indexing?

Hi Erik,
thank you for your question.
To answer this, once email was moved to SharePoint it cannot be found using Outlook Search as email was deleted from Outlook and copied to SharePoint.
Hope this will help. Please update this topic if you have any questions. Thank you.
