Hi Marisa,
thank you for your question!
OnePlaceMail uses email time in GMT zone to allow chronological sort of emails by subject if these emails were uploaded to a library from the offices located in the different time zones.
Regarding your previous question, you could use OnePlaceMail API to develop your own format.
Hope this will help. Please let me know if you have any quesitons, I'll gladly assist!

Thanks Llia,
That is fine. One more quick question. Our time seems to be wrong.
See attached image where the sent time was 10:28 but it is showing 00-27-31. Not to concerned about the minutes which is working just the hour.

Hi Marisa,
thank you for clarification.
All available formats are listed in the Section 3.2.13 Customising the Email Filename Format in the Administrator Guide.
Unfortunately, 120823_23:56 is not supported. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hello is ther anyway to change the date format in the file name convention when you drag and drop an email from oneplace. EG
Currently it puts
2012-08-23_23:56_Sender_Subject
I would like
120823_23:56_Sender_Subject
Thanks for you help?
