Urgent Notice- OnePlace Solutions

Issue:
We were alerted 2 days ago to an issue as a result of Windows updates impacting many of our OnePlace Solutions customers. The issue is causing Outlook and OnePlaceDocs Explorer to crash upon using the email preview capability. Unrelated to OnePlace Solutions, Internet Explorer also suffers from the same issue upon viewing .mht files.
Investigation:
Upon investigation, we found this error has been caused by Windows updates as listed below. Specifically, we found viewing (msg or eml files) as .mht files where the path including the filename length was greater than 121 characters, this would cause the host application to crash.

We obviously deem this issue as critical and have worked hard to find a resolution. To this end, we have informed Microsoft and have provided a software update which is available for immediate download:
