Hi Mary-anne
Thank you for your email. To turn off a prompt for a specific location, the easiest method is to add it to your favorites in OnePlaceMail. This also ensures that the location is always available in the Outlook navigation pane for the rule to work.
The steps are:
In Outlook, select OnePlaceMail from the menu
Select Favorites
Add the location to the right hand side.
Once you have added the location to favorites, select it. In the favorites dialogue box you will notice some options to rename the item or turn on/off prompts
Under the setting "When saving, prompt for properties" select "Only when necessary".
As long as you dont have any additional metadata here - the email will be saved without any prompts appearing. Please let me know if you have any further queries
Kind regards

Hi Darrel
Thanks for this suggestion! Currently using the desktop add in you can add a SharePoint location as a favorite and then create a rule in Outlook to automatically forward emails to that location.
As long as you are not capturing any additional metadata, you can turn off any prompts for that location so there is no user interaction required. Please let me know if you'd like further info!
Kind regards
Elissa
