Button "Insert from SharePoint" does not work (nothing happens)
Hi,
We use OPM 7.4.2 and we have an issue with the "Insert From SharePoint" functionality.
When the user create a new email, then he wants to attach a doc from sharepoint, he clicks on "Insert from SharePoint", but nothing happens.
Do you have an idea to solve the problem ?
The config files are the same than other users (for who the button works).

Thank you for the update. Can you please confirm if you are installing via msi or exe. If you are using the msi, can you please try to install via the exe, and see if the issue can be repeated?

Thanks for your reply.
I have the same issue on my laptop than the other user and I'm worried because we have 600 users who are working with OPM and who should have the issue.
I tried to repair OneplaceMail but it was still the same.
I tried to uninstall, delete the folder in my profile (roaming), then install again, but it is the same.
I found in the outook option (advanced option) how to display error messages, and now when I clik on "Insert from Sharepoint" I have the following error...perhaps it will help you...https://www.noelshack.com/2017-32-5-1502458739-sans-titre.jpg
