Error when opening outlook outlook data file (.pst) failed to load for this session. OPM Version is 7.5.2. Outlook is 2016

Could you assist fixing this error

    Hi

    Can you please try to delete the PST?

    1. Go to File-->Account settings-->account settings-->Data files and remove OnePlaceMail PST


    2. Close Outlook and then navigate to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\OnePlaceSolution and delete OnePlaceMail.pst file
    3. Reopen Outlook, (PST will be created automatically) and see if issue still occurs
