Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
Hi
I have one user on Lite who is experiencing the following error message when attempting to add a connection to an Office 365 SharePoint site collection:
An error has occurred accessing the url 'https://tenanturi.sharepoint.com/sites/projectadmin'.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Outlook 2016 (365 ProPlus), all up to date, and the latest version of OnePlaceMail Lite (7.7.0)
TIA

Hi Zeeshan
Yes the user could access everything in the browser, and it occured on all sharepoint sites.
After your post, I carried out a simple uninstall and reinstall which seems to have resolved the issue.
Best regards

Hi Scott,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Does this error occur when adding a particular SharePoint site or all SharePoint sites?
Can the user access the same site in the browser?
Can you also try doing a repair on OnePlaceMail Lite?

Zeeshan
