We do have"C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Scinaptic\OnePlaceMail\ But there is no temp folder there. I checked in Windows Explorer, but i can't see the MSG preview (when i enable the preview pane in explorer) We have the OnePlace Mail data setting set on: Roaming User Profile. What to do next? Hi Elissa,
Because we are using a Citrix environment, we can't access the %appdata%\local\scinaptic\oneplaccemail\temp folder.
We do have"C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Scinaptic\OnePlaceMail\
But there is no temp folder there.
I checked in Windows Explorer, but i can't see the MSG preview (when i enable the preview pane in explorer)
We have the OnePlace Mail data setting set on: Roaming User Profile.
What to do next?
