    Hi Elissa,

    Yes, after renaming that folder in the \roaming directory, the folder gets re-created upon reopening Outlook, but the error messages continue to appear.

    Unfortunately, looking at the procedure in the link you shared, I don't see a separate PST file specifically for OPM in Outlook or in my windows file structure at the path designated. I'm assuming that's part of the problem, though I still see OPM installed in Outlook and it still works, despite the error messages.

    Let me know if there is anything else I could/should be looking at.

    I mean to include the text I copied from one of the errors. Here it is:
