    I removed Outlook and reinstalled it. The One place addon now accesses the SharePoint site now.

    Guess I'll need to find another 3rd party tool to profile email metadata into SharePoint.

    Received an email from support/admin requesting more info. So I do, three times. Why three times? Because I'm responding to a "No-reply", unmonitored email address.
