I removed Outlook and reinstalled it. The One place addon now accesses the SharePoint site now.

Sorry you are experiencing these issues. Thank you for advising the issue. In terms of troubleshooting - if the addin was working and now is not - could you please clear the cache on your device (depending on your device, this could be via Settings, Apps - Select Outlook - clear cache.
