I tried several times to uninstall and re-install OnePlaceMail from Control Panel add/remove programs.
I also tried uninstalling OPM, delete the OnePlaceSolution folders from the Program Files location and AppData locations, then running a repair on MS Office, rebooting and then re-installing OPM.For some reason it just does not want to add it back into Outlook, not even listed.
An error occurred while saving the comment Christina commentedThank you for replying so quickly! I actually exported both of those registry entries from another machine to the one that is having the issue since they were missing the entries completely, however the add in still does not appear in the list as an option to enable it.
Is there another way to add the add-in back into Outlook?
An error occurred while saving the comment Christina commentedHow can you re-add the OnePlaceMail add-in? I deleted it because it remained in inactive status even when enabling the add-in. I thought re-installing OnePlaceMail would bring the addin back, however after the install completed, the add-in still did not come back. I re-added registry entries by getting them from another system, however it still did not add the add-in back in Outlook. Using Outlook 2016.

Hi Elissa,
No worries, I was able to re-install the add in by doing the following:
1. Uninstall OnePlaceMail from add/remove programs.
2. Open the registry
3. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER
4. Do a Find (edit > find) for OnePlaceMail and delete all registry entries found that is associated with OnePlaceMail. Keep searching for OnePlaceMail until you reach the end of the HKEY_CURRENT_USER section.
5. Re-install OnePlaceMail
6. Launch Outlook and now OnePlaceMail add in is available again.
Thank you!!
