SharePoint Root URL Shows up Blank
Two separate people within our organization have different experiences when attempting to test this application. Though my SharePoint Root URL shows the proper information, a colleague of mine's is completely Blank, and doesn't allow us to set this field with any information. Without this filled, he gets the attached error each time he tries to upload a file.

This suggests that the user does not have access to the SharePoint root URL. Are you able to give them access here?
