Right Click menu for Favourites / Recents
When right-clicking on an email in Outlook, the user is present with the two options of Copy or Move to SharePoint. Upon selecting an option the standard explorer tree is shown to enable the user to select the appropriate location.
It would be great, if the Copy / Move to SharePoint options in the right click menu had a further sub-menu that showed the Recent and/or Favourites that could be selected to file the mail to and avoid the full dialog with explorer tree opening.
A further option could be displayed at the bottom of the sub-menu to open the…

Outlook "Post in This Folder" Posts should be able to be saved into OnePlaceMail
Outlook New Item\More Items\"Post in This Folder" Posts should be able to be saved into OnePlaceMail. This would allow comments, explanations. memos etc to be easily added without having to send yourself an email to then file. Currently, trying to save these items returns "You have selected 1 items that is currently unsupported. Save operation has been canceled (sic)."

Insert link from SharePoint configuration
In previous releases it was possible to configure OnePlaceMail 'Insert from SharePoint' links to display the document name while using the Document ID URL. Is it possible to reinstate this functionality?
Document ID links are much better for our users but displaying the whole link in an email is not as user friendly as the document name.

Ability to extract a dynamic pattern from an email subject and populate this to a column value in SharePoint
It would be good to be able to implement the ability to regex parse an email subject and to populate whatever the 'dynamic' extracted value/pattern is (Matter Number, Client ID, etc) to a column in SharePoint.
To clarify - a functionality that can be delivered through the Central Configuration service where a similar technique that we use to extract a pattern in the email subject to be used in a search query for suggested locations (which we do support) can be used to set a SharePoint column value.

Viewing Pane at bottom of screen rather than only on right
Allow the viewing pane for emails when looking within Outlook to be on the bottom rather than on the right. This would allow more viewing area for the metadata of each email within the columns (which is cramped otherwise) as well as easier reading of the emails themselves.

Allow for OnePlaceMail to automate copying emails to SharePoint
Hi, it would be great to have the option to turn on automatic capture of emails to SharePoint libraries. Ideally this could work if you have saved the first email to the folder and future correspondence is automatically saved to that folder

Provide support for the archiving of Outlook RSS feed posts to SharePoint including using the same column mappings as for emails.
Please provide support for the archiving of Outlook RSS feed posts to SharePoint including using the same automatic metadata column mappings as for emails.
We subscribe to professional services from Zapier that for example automatically locate mentions of our organisation in both social and web page media. Many of the resulting RSS feed posts form records requiring archival as required by the Public Records Office of Victoria.
Outlook of course provides a convenient way of accessing and processing these RSS feeds.
The ability was available in our previous Outlook Integration Application.
Thank you, Ian Hearnes

Provide support for the archiving of Outlook Meeting Correspondence to SharePoint including using the same column mappings as for emails.
Please provide support for the archiving of Outlook Meeting Correspondence to SharePoint including using the same automatic metadata column mappings as for emails.
As we track staff and contractor movements via shared calendars, this meeting correspondence form records requiring archival as required by the Public Records Office of Victoria.
Also, the calendar appointments form part of our COVID-19 tracing ability in the current climate as our staff and contractors move about away from the office.
The ability was available was available in our previous Outlook Integration Application.

Prompt to save on received emails
It would be very helpful to have the ability for the system to prompt you to save received emails (say, on opening them or closing them) in much the same way the system prompts saving of emails when they are sent. This would help remind users to save emails they have received but do not need to reply to.

Ability to save embedded / in-line pictures separate from .eml
With Office365 I'm getting more pictures embedded in the email instead of displaying as regular attachments. I would like to be able to save those pictures as separate files as you do with regular attachments.
The VBA code to do this (attached) looks fairly simple, I'm hoping it would be similarly easy in your development. Similar handling in this product but not as up to date with Modern Workplace https://www.mapilab.com/outlook/attachments_processor/

Ability to turn off Configuration Profile update restart Outlook prompt
It'll be good if we had the ability to turn off the restart prompt when we update a Configuration Profile.
We have OPM installed on 300+ machines and it's a pain to update a Configuration Profile.

Keep folder open when creating new folder/document set
When you create a new folder or document set in the Oneplacemail, we typically need to save a mail or document in it right away. Currently, you have to create and save it, and then find it again in the hierarchy of all the other folders. When dealing whit a list of more than 1000 folders/document sets this become troublesome. Search doesn't work either as it takes 3-4 minutes for the search index to pick up the new information. I suggest you keep the new folder open and active, making it easy to continue the saving process.

Allow the prompt to save to SharePoint to be turned off for some folders
Could the 'save to SharePoint' prompt be folder based like the prompt for properties is. So you could set it to default to have the prompt but if you have a rule that autosaves to a specific SharePoint library you don't get the prompt

Display the information that is displayed on a document set welcome page.
When filing emails / documents or viewing documents into a document set it would be very useful if there was a way of having the welcome page information displayed as well. As this information would help ensure that the user has got the correct location to file the document and provide more information when viewing.
